I worry that 16-17mins a day is not enough, what do other people think?

If you’re talking about working out I think that’s a great amount of time. I would say to get results do a 5 minute warm up every day then alternate between a 10 minute strength training and cardio workout every day, then do a five minute cool off at the end. Alternating between strength training and cardio or stretching can help keep you from overworking your muscles. This overall has helped me to see gains. If you’re just looking to be healthy and maybe a little stronger then this is the perfect amount of time to workout everyday. If your looking for like bodybuilder status though you might have to try something else😂

It’s amazing what you can accomplish in 16 or 17 minutes each day. Exercising 15 minutes a day for 4 weeks, I’ve lost weight and feel improvement in muscle tone. Sorting through my closet and drawers for 15 minutes a day, I was able to sort out all of my clothing within a couple of weeks. It was a task I’d been dreading for years, and it feels great to have it done. The shorter time spent each day meant that I didn’t become overwhelmed and give up.
