I want to stretch every day but I am new to it and my body is so stiff, I need motivation to continue and some stretching exercises

Select 4 days of the week you will love to exercise. You can start by taking walking exercises for 10 minutes per day; increase the time to 15 to 20 minutes as you progress. Then, you can proceed to do other kinds of exercises for 20 minutes per day.

Start small, take baby steps towards greater heights. Progress is easier that way!
