I usually don’t feel so full of energy after a 10min exercise, on the contrary I actually feel exhausted most of time how should I adjust the exercises I do to fit me? Any examples?
It’s common to feel exhausted after exercise, especially if you’re new to it or pushing too hard. To adjust your routine, consider starting with shorter sessions of low-intensity exercises, like walking or gentle yoga, and gradually increase the duration and intensity as your fitness improves. Incorporating rest days and listening to your body’s signals is crucial. Aim for consistency and create a balanced routine that includes both exercise and recovery to build your energy levels over time.
Maybe because you’re on a loop of low dopamine levels. So what I did when I was that way (less energy, more negative thoughts) is having exercises that connect with me, slower and more conscious - like mobility workouts, yoga or stretching! You only will have the power to start workouts of strength and impact when you’re mind has space for it. First reconnect!
