I use to love excercise, now I can’t get back into a good routine with it. Any tips?

As someone who struggles with this constantly, try to find a fitness channel you like, for me it’s the Fitness Marshall, or just simply try to walk everyday. Walking is a good start to keep your body moving without thinking of it as exercise. Sometimes listening to music and doing a little dance can be exercise too. You’re enjoying yourself and moving. But it is totally normal to fall out of a habit like exercise because it’s tiring but if you make those small changes trust me, you’ll be working out and no even noticing it and when you finally get to do an actual exercise it will become something fun to do.
