I struggle with depression. Of course, I feel better when I exercise, but when my stressful schedule knocks me off track, I find it very hard to overcome the fatigue and low self-care of depression. Do you have any tips that work to make your exercise habit sticky no matter what?

Hello, I can imagine what you feel and we are with you in this “fight”. There will be always a choice no matter if it is at the beginning or after you can do a marathon. When I feel like that – and it is usual – I think how good my last time was and after the excercise how I felt myself, like I was really alive. Plus, I do so much what feels good, because when I overworkout myself, it is not woring anymore. On the other hand if you struggle with depression, have a little time to be with yourself and self love. If it is not possible, it helps a lot if you go to therapy and then your motivation will be better day by day too. Be kind with yourself and apprechiate every step you take on your journey.
