I really want to lose my thigh fats as fast as I can… How can I do that??

Forget about going fast! Go slowly! Trying to loose weight as fast as possible (though I never needed to..) led me to an eating disorder. Worst time of my life… And if you really want to loose weight for your health, change your bad eating habits, but slowly. Start exercising, but slowly. Change needs to be permanent to create lasting results. No chance for a yo-yo effect! Be gentle on yourself. And don’t listen to bmi, your body will tell you when you’ve reached the optimal weight. It’s when YOU feel good, not when the scale or mirror tells you that you do. Try working on your body image as well. You’re beautiful just the way you are, believe me. Don’t go chasing some unhealthy image of beauty society tells you is the only truth.

I have noticed that when you do cardio like runs or even squats that helps them tighten the thighs and the fat comes off
