I really struggle to eat in the mornings, what helps?
Struggling to eat in the mornings is common, but creating a morning ritual can help. Start by preparing a simple breakfast the night before, like overnight oats or a smoothie. Set a consistent wake-up time to establish a routine. Consider incorporating small, healthy snacks if a full meal feels daunting. Gradually increase your breakfast portion as you adjust. Remember, nourishing your body in the morning fuels your day and supports lasting healthy habits. Consistency is key!
I also try with drinking water and eating something like a banana to get something in my stomach, once it settles then I try to eat a more complete breakfast, I’ve been struggling with the same and this helped
I used to struggle too but I said to myself that it’s for my health and if I won’t eat well through the day I should eat at morning. My oldest said breakfast is the most important start of the day. Also I started woke up early to have slower morning and time for full breakfast.
