I really like to ride my bike down the trails to get fresh air and to change up the scenery. I find it difficult during the winter or cold months. I have an indoor bike but find it difficult to motivate myself to do it since it is not even close to the same thing. Any recommendations?
It’s great to hear you enjoy biking outdoors! To stay motivated during the colder months, consider creating a new routine around your indoor biking. Set specific goals, like time or distance, and track your progress. You can also mix in fun elements, such as listening to music or watching a show while you ride. Try to recreate the outdoor experience by adjusting your indoor environment—use a fan for airflow or set up near a window for a change of scenery. Consistency is key to forming lasting habits!
Most gyms today have bikes that have virtual screens on them where you cal select anywhere in the world to ride your bike its quite exciting and makes the bike riding past quickly. I hope that helps.
