I’d try something like waffles topped with your favorite fruit. The carbs from the waffles can fill you up, and carbs give you the energy you need to complete the day. The fruit gives you the healthy vitamins you need to stay healthy.

If you get hungry before lunch, have some nuts like Almonds, cashew, walnuts and peanuts or a handful of moong sprouts. For breakfast, Moong dal flour cheela, Ragi flour or Gramflour cheela is best. It’s easy to make too. You just have to add flour into water and make a batter not too thick or too watery. add finely chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli or red chilli powder, a little bit of turmeric and salt as per taste. You can also add veggies if you like. On a pan, pour the batter in circular motion, apply a little oil or butter and cook from both side
