Oatmeal. It’s a good base to start with and then you can add in things to spice it up or keep it consistent with the same add ins. For example I’ve added in flax and chia seeds before for health. If you want to add some flavor to plain oatmeal I’ve added a big spoonful of jelly, peanut butter, Nutella, or even maple syrup, brown sugar, fruit, or honey.
