You can always better on yourself and your body. Think of how good you will feel after doing a workout. Also think how great you will look once you reach your goal. You owe it to yourself.

Excercising is beneficial, no matter what the reason is for, I’m sure you won’t regret it

I have felt this way before. What I would do is if you want to start working out, find cute gym clothes or workout clothes. Something that makes you feel good. Set them out the night before if you are going to exercise in the morning or if you have to leave for school/work set them out before you leave. That way they are set out and ready to go when you get home. You can watch videos of people working out, find inspiration in Pinterest or TikTok or Instagram. This will help you get a feel on what you want to do or try. Before you start exercising, make sure you have water or a drink ready, that way you don’t get dehydrated and make sure to have a snack if possible. If you are going to start lifting, remember you can start out light!! There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s better to start out slow and light, learning the exercise and the correct form. This will help you in the long run. Maybe set a goal to exercise 3 times a week and bump that up when you feel comfortable.
