I love running every day and I’m not bored of it, but, in general, how often should exercise routines be mixed up?
It’s great to hear that you love running! While consistency is key, mixing up your exercise routine can prevent plateaus and keep you motivated. Generally, aim to vary your workouts every 4-6 weeks. Incorporate different types of exercises, such as strength training, yoga, or cycling, to engage different muscle groups and enhance overall fitness. This approach not only keeps your routine fresh but also helps you develop lasting healthy habits that align with your goals.
I also run every day you can mix up every other day but I believe walking and running can be daily as long as you’re adding variety with distance speed or elevation
