For hot meals, I taste it while eating rather than cold one . So I start my day by putting the frozen toast or bread in airfryer and the water to be boiled to make my cup of tea then go to the bathroom quickly
When finishing, I find my toast and my tea hot and ready

I eat eggs for breakfast. They are quick and easy. A soft boiled egg is done in under 10 minutes and a over medium egg even quicker. That with an English muffin and a side of fruit. I also love a frittata or omelet or scramble with veggies

When you have the time, go and make a large batch of lets say soup. Then you divide it into portions and then freeze it. The night before, take out the freezer and put in the fridge. You then in the morning heat it up and then you could eat it or you could get a thermos flask and have it hot at lunch. If you don’t want a hot food, you could make a musili where you get all the ingredients and make a large batch. You can then soak a bowl overnight in the fridge and have to go.
