I eat 2 toasts: 1 with cottage cheese and the other one with dietetic jelly. This cheese is rich in protein, low in lactose because of fermentation and low in fat. I love eating something sweet during breakfast so this jelly is perfect. About 300kcal

Well try out bacon, eggs, toast, potatoes. Or pancakes and sausage/ with fruit( strawberries), a real cheap breakfast is ham and eggs. Switch all these around based on your limited budget. I get it inflation and trying to take care of a family is a lot! But you got this. Believe in yourself and stay positive. I believe you can do this with a limited supply
