I have started going on runs, but sometimes I just can’t fit one in in the day, how else could I make up for this lost exercise?

It’s great that you’ve started running! If you can’t fit in a run, consider integrating short bursts of exercise throughout your day. Activities like brisk walking, bodyweight exercises, or even stretching can help maintain your fitness levels. Aim for 10-15 minute sessions during breaks or after meals. Additionally, explore alternative forms of exercise that you enjoy, such as cycling or dancing, to keep your routine engaging. Remember, consistency is key in developing lasting healthy habits!

Try doing more work around your house or if its nice weather walk to places you need to go like the shops because it still gives you the excercise you need
