I have oatmeal for breakfast, is that ok for the eat healthy challenge, I’m a middle schooler almost high schooler and don’t have much time in the morning.

Yeah, it’s perfect to have a oatmeal in the breakfast. You can even have some fruits in breakfast if won’t have much time.

Absolutely! I’ve had oatmeal for breakfast almost every day for 4 years, and it’s treated me great. I like to throw in some frozen blueberries or dried cranberries to get some natural sweetness and antioxidants in there too!
