I have heard that if you are going to eat fruit, you should eat it before you eat anything else (as this apparently allows your body to handle the nutrients best). Is there any simple food wisdom you can share?
Eating fruit before other foods can indeed enhance nutrient absorption due to its quick digestion. However, the key to a great breakfast is balance. Pairing fruit with protein, healthy fats, and whole grains can provide sustained energy and satisfaction. Consider a breakfast that includes a mix of these elements, such as yogurt with berries and nuts or oatmeal topped with banana and almond butter. This approach not only supports your nutritional needs but also helps establish a meaningful morning ritual for lasting healthy habits.
Its good to do some short exercise as a short walk 5-10 min after eating, for better blood sugar handling and don’t get so tired in the afternoon.
