I have bad wrists and ankles and no access to a swimming pool. What types of exercises should I try?

Cardiovascular workouts Weight-bearing activities such as walking, dancing, and climbing stairs use your own body weight as resistance. Start with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase your workout times

If you have access to a bicycle that’s low impact for cardio. Also you tube videos for low impact workouts and chair exercises. Good Luck!

There is no limit for who has a courage….the options for beginning are : exercise with resistant band in any color & correct your gesture and situation of your wrist and ankle with some mobility ,static and dynamic workout plans…it’s maybe take a long time… about three or four month with consistency
