A light, high-protein breakfast can set a positive tone for your day. Consider options like Greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of nuts, or a smoothie made with spinach, protein powder, and almond milk. Scrambled eggs with vegetables or cottage cheese with sliced fruit are also great choices. These meals are not only quick to prepare but also nourish your body, helping you build lasting healthy habits. Experiment with different combinations to find what you enjoy most!

I have recently been experimenting with spices and flavors. I scrambled 2 eggs with Italian seasoning instead of salt and pepper. I used olive oil instead of vegetable, and added chopped tomatoes and turkey bacon. It was very tasty, and a quick alternative to the traditional method. It was enough to fill but not heavey enough for a nap.

Yes, I have suggestions for the breakfast. You can bring a small bowl of cereals with milk. If you don’t enjoy milk, you can add fruits. Cereals contains a lot of vitamins, proteins and energy for you.
