Well my answer isn’t going to be too easy to agree with. First, comes down to priorities. If you run out of time or limit the area because you’re traveling each week and day, then I’d tell you to switch your career path to reduce the travel. That way you can setup the timing and routine that’s very consistent. If that is a no, then I’d recommend either choosing a hotel/ house/ wherever you stay that has a public or small gym. Or just do your workouts in your room. The workouts in that situation would be aligned to your basic body – air squats, pushups, core exercises, jumping jacks, running in place, etc. Or go outside for a jog or run. If you have a small gym then use the dumbbells or equipment. Either way, align your nutrition to reduce eating the wrong things if you eat out. Reduce the calories and keep an eye on the macros (protein, carbs, fat) reduce your sugar and caffeine as well. All of those things result in steps of the right or wrong direction.
