I have a difficult time getting myself going in the morning, what are some quick and tasty meals for breakfast?

Reggie Q.
i like to grab an apple and some penut butter, fry up an egg and top with avo and bagel seasoning , or grab a protein shake

Reggie Q.
I really like to boil eggs and eat them with half an avocado on a slice of toast, also it's nice to eat some jam with bread and some fruit or some juice.

Egg toast, avocado toast, nut and seed mixes, fruit, greek yogurt with fruit and berries, boiled egg. Those are all I can think of off the top of my head.

Reggie Q.
Over night oats are great for breakfast. There are so many different flavors to try. And the best part is you can prep them all for the week on Sunday and then your breakfast and ready for you to grab it out of the fridge!

Cereal is great with fruits on the side . A yoghurt is yummy too and also toast and tea and eggs and polony or sausages .

I do have handful of nuts and a cup of milk if I m in a hurry but when I have time I have the breakfast which is homemade and is obviously healthy..

Alex J.
I recommend cereals as they are tasty and are like a treat for waking up early. I also recommend getting protein bars and putting them where you work, for example your office or car. So you can at least have something small to eat.

Avocado and scrambled egg on toast is really simple and tasty. Scrambled eggs only take a minute to cook in the microwave! Also granola or oatmeal with yoghurt and fruit is healthy and tasty.

Alex J.
I think hand made ice cream, omelet I mean eggs and tomato and sime pepper and salt , cheese and nut with bread , milk and dates so I don't remember anymore.

Reggie Q.
Always add fruit. If you start with fruit you feel energized already. Fruit + yogurt, Almond butter on toast + banana, Oatmeal with fruit as topping.

Reggie Q.
Bagels with cream cheese, bananas and peanut butter on toast with honey, cereal, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches (microwave), precooked quinoa with various flavors (eat cold or hot). Already made salads

As I'm not very wealthy, I usually make some quick porridge/oatmeal with some berries and butter. Relatively cheap and really tasty. I recommend using milk instead of water, though.
You can do this!

It usually takes me between 30 minutes and 1 hour to feel ready for exercise after breakfast. I also like having big breakfast and I think it's unhealthy to start moving just after breakfast. During this time I usually brush my teeth do my morning chores.

I love verity. Some days it’s overnight oats-oatmeal in yogurt with fruits and nuts with milk. I also add chia seeds. Some days it's a boiled egg or two cut up on toast with plant butter and dill and a pinch of salt. Baked oatmeal.Breakfast burritos. All can be made to fit dietary needs or preferences.

Alex J.
I would suggest two hardboiled eggs, piece of toast and some fruit. If you're short on time, the eggs can be prepared the day before.

La mia colazione preferita, che mi sazia e mi riempie di energia, è composta da yogurt greco, frutta, noci, caffè e un biscotto.

I don’t know I’m not a person that get hungry in the morning but I usually love to eat eggs with onions the morning or sometime I don’t even have time so I eat a banana or an apple

To be completely and 100% honest, I don’t usually have breakfast. I know it’s the most important meal of the day and it’s compulsory for a healthy body and mind but something inside of me stops me from having that positive side. Whenever I have big meals, I feel sick or if I don’t feel sick I try and make myself feel sick. It’s really not a good habit but I try and motivate myself whenever I can! And I must say, those days I do, I feel the best. When I wake up refreshed and happy, my meal to kick start the day is my morning coffee, of corse haha, and usually basic toast/cereal. If I’m feeling creative, I have my speciality toast with cinnamon or a really fancy dish to feel good about myself. Sitting outside and detoxing social media is a great way to make sure your day is started well. I believe you can only get vitamin D if you are fully committed to it. I know this isn’t true but inhaling the morning smells and closing your eyes while your face is in the sun, can make you a truly great version of yourself. Meditation, music or chats with family/friends is my favourite part of the day when I can truly get out of bed and smile. I hope this helps and makes you the very best version of yourself.

Reggie Q.
Start your day by small but important things, don't force yourself, just do things like make your bed or have a breakfast that you like, start motivating yourself by doing small things that you like. In the end the small things matter the most

Reggie Q.
I prefer CORNFLAKES with milk as it is tasty and also good for health, it'll just take u 5 mins to eat it. But, yes if u r a slow eater it may take u 7 min or so. U can take any flavour cornflakes u want like strawberry. Or u can also have CHOCOS with milk, it is 100 % tasty and quick to eat. But if u pour it in the milk for long then it'll become soft, that's what I do.
THANK U

When in a hurry I prepare sandwiches with bread cheese and salami. Other times I mix banana and milk in a smoothie too go.

Reggie Q.
The first one that I like is toast with nutella spread and sliced bananas on top. Another I like is a fruit smoothie. I like to make mango smoothies with a protein shake base when I am in a hurry. Good luck! Hope this helped!☺️

Reggie Q.
Cut up fruits the night before and put them in an airtight container in the fridge. The next morning, you can have them with yogurt, some grains, a protein bar, or any other on-the-go breakfast. Fruit is healthy, refreshing, and helps fill you up

Reggie Q.
If your problem is actually starting to cook, try putting ingredients on the kitchen counter in the evening so they're already there in the morning, also, any type of toast with any filling is guaranteed to be good, being so simple

You can mealprep protein bars or go with yoghurt with some fruits or oatmeal with fruit and nuts/nutbutters. Smoothies are also a good alternative (you can mix up some fruits, vegetables(like kale) and water/(plant)milk)
