I really like to boil eggs and eat them with half an avocado on a slice of toast, also it’s nice to eat some jam with bread and some fruit or some juice.

Egg toast, avocado toast, nut and seed mixes, fruit, greek yogurt with fruit and berries, boiled egg. Those are all I can think of off the top of my head.

Over night oats are great for breakfast. There are so many different flavors to try. And the best part is you can prep them all for the week on Sunday and then your breakfast and ready for you to grab it out of the fridge!

Cereal is great with fruits on the side . A yoghurt is yummy too and also toast and tea and eggs and polony or sausages .

I do have handful of nuts and a cup of milk if I m in a hurry but when I have time I have the breakfast which is homemade and is obviously healthy..

I recommend cereals as they are tasty and are like a treat for waking up early. I also recommend getting protein bars and putting them where you work, for example your office or car. So you can at least have something small to eat.

Avocado and scrambled egg on toast is really simple and tasty. Scrambled eggs only take a minute to cook in the microwave! Also granola or oatmeal with yoghurt and fruit is healthy and tasty.

Always add fruit. If you start with fruit you feel energized already. Fruit + yogurt, Almond butter on toast + banana, Oatmeal with fruit as topping.
