I find it really hard to eat first thing. Even if I’m hungry it feels wrong. Any recommendations?
It’s common to struggle with eating breakfast, even when hungry. Start by gradually introducing food into your morning routine. Consider having a small, easy-to-digest snack, like yogurt or a piece of fruit, shortly after waking up. This can help your body adjust to eating earlier. You might also try setting a specific time for breakfast to create a ritual. Over time, this can help you develop a lasting habit of enjoying a great breakfast, setting a positive tone for the rest of your day.
It may seem tough at first but a routine will develop eventually also discipline is an invaluable tool in your life at least try drink water first thing with lemon perhaps and apple cider vinegar this will boost you for the day and help to maintain weight
Food is not a reward. Remember good in good out and focus on that. So if you’re hungry eat something small like a piece of fruit. A portion of cottage cheese. Something healthy. And see it as a good stepping stone for your day
