I find it difficult to get up early, go to work for 10-12 hours and come home with the energy to exercise.. (I’m a special education teacher). Any advice on how to power through? Thanks in advance!
It’s understandable to feel drained after long work hours, especially as a special education teacher. To power through, consider scheduling short, invigorating workouts during your breaks or after work. Start with 10-15 minutes of exercise to build momentum. Establish a consistent routine by setting a specific time for your workouts, making them a non-negotiable part of your day. Also, focus on your energy levels: prioritize sleep, hydrate, and nourish your body with healthy snacks. Small, meaningful rituals can lead to lasting habits!
the tiny active pauses are actually effective. 5 minutes mobility, 5 minute jumping jacks, 5 minute yoga session, couple more minutes stretching distributed through the day are really effective. keep up the good work and rest when you need to!
