I get up, drink water, eat breakfast and then I take a walk for ten minutes every morning and that’s about it. It’s not strenuous and an easy goal to keep. Also, I’ve noticed my walk has a meditative effect that allows me to reflect during the quiet ten minute period. No cell phone or music. It’s a great way to start my day. I’ve lost 17 lbs and I can truly say that eating healthy is about 90% of getting in shape. Just a thought. Have fun and good luck!
