I don’t have a gym membership and time is short, do you have any tips on how I can include a little exercise into my daily routine that will be easy to do?
Absolutely! You can easily incorporate exercise into your daily routine without a gym membership. Consider short bursts of activity like a 10-minute home workout, brisk walking during breaks, or even doing bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups at home. Try to stack these activities with existing habits, such as exercising right after you wake up or during your lunch break. Consistency is key, so aim for small, achievable goals that fit into your day, making exercise a meaningful part of your routine.
Walking is an excellent exercise and one that every, who is physically able, should do daily. I also enjoy doing yoga at my home. There are free yoga videos on YouTube that are geared toward all levels of experience.
