I can’t sit comfortably in a cross-legged pose. How else should I go about doing this? I’ve tried pillows...etc.
If sitting cross-legged is uncomfortable, consider alternative seated positions such as sitting on a chair, or using a bolster or cushion to support your hips. Focus on maintaining a straight spine and relaxed shoulders. Stretching your hips and legs regularly can also help improve flexibility over time. Remember, the goal is to create a comfortable space for your body to relax and engage in your self-care rituals. Explore different positions that work for you and enjoy the process of finding what feels best.
Find a position that does work for you. Try a different one each time. In the beginning I did my feet out in front of me or legs off to my side. You can even sit in a chair. Important thing is you are comfortable, grounded (touching earth), and upright to avoid a posture so relaxed you sleep
