It’s completely normal to feel unmotivated at times, especially when it comes to exercise like walking. Start by setting small, achievable goals—perhaps just a 5-minute walk. Focus on creating a routine that feels enjoyable rather than a chore. Consider pairing your walks with something you love, like listening to music or a podcast. Remember, the goal is to build a habit that feels good, so be gentle with yourself and celebrate any movement, no matter how small.

Play a good song when you feel discouraged to walk. That’s what I do but it needs to be an inspiring one, like for me it’ll be tears dry in their own, for an example. I’m about to go on a walk today too, and when I don’t want to I also just tell myself how the world wants to see me.

I know it’s difficult. Sometimes I feel the same as you. However, I’m constantly asking myself, "If not now, when?" It will be difficult tomorrow if I don’t start now. I am constantly reminded of my struggles to overcome my laziness and lack of desire to walk about. It takes time and will not occur overnight, but a little progress is still progress. Thus, begin now. You are capable of overcoming it. I have faith in you.

Consider walking as a habit and try out to reach the external environment ......you can water your plants, can do household chores which eventually helps in boosting your health.
