I can’t discipline myself and follow my routine so keep falling behind in my studying. How do I overcome this??

When you're studying for a long time don't forget to reward yourself with a break every now and then. For example, if you've been studying for 15 minutes, take a 5 minute break; stretch and do some breathing exercises. If you've studying for half an hour after that, take a 10 minute break, flick through your newsfeed, get a snack or some tea, etc.

My mother used to always tell me, if you can't get out of bed in the morning no matter what just force yourself to swing your legs out, make your bed and just start your day. That also taught me to have one simple thing that set off my day right, which was making my bed. That started my routine and after that it just clicks. Just give a new routine some patience, it will take a while to find a way to click.

Yep, it’s hard… but keep trying and give yourself impulses (set an alarm or take a walk when it’s hard to concentrate) to try everytime instead of hanging around and do nothing. You can do it 💪🏻.
