How do you commit to your habit and able to do a deep work, without pause?

1- put on a nice playlist of music in the background “my fav is read and unwind on Spotify”
2- turn off all of your notifications
3- download apps like “eggzy, plantie and forest” to help you with discipline and tracking your time.
4- keep a small notebook near to write down everything you want to do after the timer is over “things that distract you”

Those were my main 3 tips. I hope it helps.
