What are yours 2 tips for avoiding distractions? :)

Make a plan!! Before starting write down a check list or what needs doing so as you complete each task you know what the net thing to move onto is.
Organise your work space and make sure you have all the equipment you will need to hand (get things out the cupboard so they are ready) if you will be on the move then have a bag (this is your workspace) with everything you need.
