Starting your exercise journey with an injury can be challenging, but there are many ways to engage in physical activity without standing or purchasing equipment. Consider seated exercises, such as chair yoga or resistance band workouts that can be done while sitting. Focus on gentle movements to promote flexibility and strength. Listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional to ensure safety. Building a routine with these accessible exercises can help you develop lasting healthy habits and maintain motivation during your recovery.

Try the Bend app, it should offer some less leg focused stretches which is a good place to start your exercise journey. Flexibility and core strength are as important as building muscle.
