I am very lazy in preparing breakfast for myself. while I love the idea of a healthy breakfast, I struggle with execution. What is your tip?

I cheat. I don’t cook very well but my teenage son has a knack for it so he usually makes breakfast. I’m blessed to have such a thoughtful kiddo.

Try looking up a few low stakes recipes and preparing the ingredients the night before. A really easy one to start with is overnight oats, but I also like smoothies. If you have a toaster you can try putting precut ingredients in a slice before you head out the door. This still works if you have an oven but I find I can multitask easy with a toaster.
