I am vegetarian hence please suggest similar breakfast? I can’t eat fish, chicken, ham or even eggs.

Vegetarian here too! I air fry my tofu with seasoning for a quick bite or you can make a meal out of it by adding veggies. Also, try Greek yogurt or cottage cheese to get low fat, protein packed options. You can make a sandwich with paneer or use a hummus dip to get plant protein.
