It’s great that you enjoy yoga and calm exercises! To ease into the gym, start by setting small, achievable goals. Consider scheduling a specific day and time for gym classes, and invite a friend for motivation. Try to find classes that excite you, focusing on activities you enjoy. Gradually increase your gym visits while maintaining your morning rituals. Remember, consistency is key in developing lasting healthy habits. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, to keep you motivated!

I understand you because I am the same my advice for you is set your mind and use the comfort. Since you feel better at home try online gym membership where you gym from the comfort of your home. Then seeing other people through your phone one day will push you to go to yhe gym. But take your time

Stick with what you know as long as you’re comfortable, but recognize the nerves of going to the gym won’t fade unless you just go for it, and once that’s over, things get much easier. Clear a new expanse to add to your comfort zone, that’s all it is
