Congrats! Fruits as you can prep it the night before. Keeps healthy snack with you too. When you prepare your diaper bag for your new addition, don’t forget about you. Most important advice given to me as a parent, “take water with you everywhere and you can’t take care of anyone if you don’t take care of yourself”.
You are beautiful and worthy.

My go to as a busy mom of 3 is overnight oats. Prepare them the night before and they’re a quick and easy breakfast in the morning and for in the go. I will mix the oats and yogurt, cut the berries up, and then in the morning mix them together mix.

I am assuming the question is for yourself and not for your newborn x) I can recommend oatmeal with some chia seeds that you could prepare the night before and take with you in the morning. Otherwise there are also oatmeal boxes where you just have to add hot water to it 🙂 And if even that fails, a banana and some nuts should also do the job 🙂 However, if you are nursing and the way you eat affects your child, please talk to a doctor to make sure all is alright, they may have some tips themselves 😀
