I always make great plans for my day and for my work and studies but I always fail to follow them and to finish them due to stress, over thinking but most of the time I would lose my self procrastinating by watching TV, checking my phone or just laying down doing nothing. Any suggestions to not do that and to finish my plans, knowing that I tried everything? Give me a unique solution.

Maybe if you crash your activities in more objective and short things to do, you can realize what you really can do in a day and what you can’t. Remember that you just need to try. The perfection is not necessary in the beginning, just start. Don’t forget to celebrate every small victory.

If I were you I tried to stick to a realistic plan: study for 1 hour something that you really need and then take a break! But always count the time of your break and see it as a treat
