How would you stick to your daily routine and habits When something bad or traumatic happens?
Sticking to your daily routine and habits after a traumatic event can be challenging but essential for your well-being. Start by acknowledging your feelings and giving yourself grace. Focus on small, manageable steps to rebuild your routine. Consider incorporating mindfulness practices, like deep breathing or journaling, to help process emotions. Gradually reintroduce physical activity, as exercise can boost your mood and resilience. Remember, consistency is key, and it’s okay to adjust your habits as you heal.
Stay committed to your true-self. Remember your goal. You are so much more important than you can imagine. You’re here for a reason
This is a difficult question. I am not a psicologist. I would accept both possibilities: either keep doing my routine as a way of staying connected to reality or, if not possible, let myself grieve, allow some time and then go back to real life and setting habits.
