1) lift hands straight up and turn slowly from side to side to the max without hurting yourself. *3
2) have arm in front, rotate left and right slowly * 3.
3) put one leg on bed or sofa and bend toward it as much as I can without hurting myself, and stay there for about 20second (while playing with my phone so it is not boring). Do the same with my other leg.
4) This whole set should take no more than 2min. I would do it morning and night. And if I have time, maybe during the day as well.

The purpose of stretching is so you don’t feel stiff, and your legaments don’t become stiff. *Note: this is advice from personal experience, I am not a medical professional in this area.

stretching is different depending on the person and how your body can hold up! to start off you can just stretch out your body as you get out of bed, putting your arms above your head and reaching out as you tiptoe and stretch out your legs as well. if you want to work on flexibility, sitting on the floor and extending your legs in different ways that challenge your muscles is the way to go. for example, sitting with one leg out in front of you with the other folded against you, and then leaning your upper body as far as you can along your outstretched leg. always make sure to do the same on the other side!
