How to stay consistent to committing a healthy life style of exercising n eating?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Staying consistent with a healthy lifestyle, including exercise and eating well, requires establishing clear goals and creating a routine. Start small by incorporating short workouts and healthy meals into your daily rituals. Use habit stacking to link new habits with existing ones, like exercising right after brushing your teeth. Track your progress and celebrate small victories to stay motivated. Remember, consistency is key, and it’s okay to adjust your approach as needed to find what works best for you.

That’s a great goal and there also one of the things I’m working on as well. So for exercising I would say try doing one of the Fabulous app workouts or even going on a simple walk or run, lifting some weights a couple times a week, really anything to get your body moving. As for eating healthy I would for protein I would suggest buying grass fed grass finished ground beef, Grass fed grass finished sirloin steak, soy free corn free chicken, pasture raised eggs, raw/low pasteurized milk, and Greek yogurt. For carbohydrates buy potatoes, sweet potatoes, white rice, fruits, vegetables, and organic sourdough. For fats avocado, grass fed butter, olive oil, dairy, tallow, and dark meat poultry. Some tips I would give are prioritize whole over ultra processed foods. Cook at home. Buy the highest quality YOU can afford. Farmers markets can actually be cheaper sometimes. Normal (un-organic, grain fed, whatever) whole food is still a millions times better than some ultra processed food. Also, you shop healthy on a discount at stores like Aldi, Costco, etc.. Hope this helps and remember don’t get discouraged.
