Practice! Keep your focus drawn on your body, breathing and noticing the sensations in your body. Your position and environment will make all the difference here, too. Sit upright. Put a pillow or cushion underneath to not replicate as if you're just lying in bed. Sleeping and meditation are two different things and need different environments and positions!
