Yes, sometimes happens with me. I always try to change the video I’m meditating with, I usually do some guided meditation but I realized that it only stressed me out when I’m anxious during it, so I just pick an audio meditation and "accept" my anxiety, letting my head overthink and my body feel all that stress, because subconsciously you’re letting all of it go (your subconscient are paying attention to the audio meditation, not to all your overthinking head), and without even noticing the anxiety go away and you’re back on track. If this doesn’t work, I do yoga to take out all the tension my body is holding
