I do 20 minutes meditation every morning after my exercise and shower, just before work.
Also I do 35-45 minutes walking meditation in the evening.

I'm pretty new to using meditation as a regular practice so I'm still trying to figure out which time is best.
So far, I like to meditate before bed because it relaxes my mind so I can get to sleep easier but sometimes I find I'm too tired to do it.
I may try the mornings to give focus and purpose to my day.

I usually meditate for around 10-15 minutes as you will feel relaxed easier. I usually do it in the morning, to help me feel energised and relaxed for the day, or the evening, to help me wind down before I go to sleep.

Thank you so much for your question. I meditate for at least 10 mins in the morning and the same for at night. For me, the best time for meditation are both times. Sometimes it’s even better when I can find time to meditate during my midday so that I can stay focused at being more assertive throughout my day. It’s a matter of not forcing it but allowing it to be a part of my day. Thank you for letting me share.

I usually do 15-30 mins in morning when I wake up and 15-30 mins mid evening (7.30 ish), and whenever I have a spare 10 mins during the day, then I zen out a little more! 🤗
