How to make myself workout consistently not occasionally?

Have a precise program and precise time and space, and then follow through. Automatically. Without thinking. Mechanically. Pretend you are a robot. That works for me. I am working out consistently more then a five years, and only after one year of being ‘robot’ made me be very easily consistent that I didn’t have to be a robot anymore, it became my second nature and I love it!
