How to do exercise regularly

There’s no other secret but to do the effort, have the discipline to keep your exercise routine every day. Sacrifice at least ten minutes of pleasure and dedicate them to move your body. It will pay off, I promise. Of course you have to balance exercise with healthy food, too.

This app allows you to keep your motivation by checking in everyday and complete your habits and routines. That helps a lot when I don’t have the strength, just to see that little square checked is what pushes me through it to get it done.

I have a nurve pain in my hip and my movements are slow and not smooth. I haven’t exercised for four or five years. I feel that my body has changed and gained weight. I decided to develop a habit of exercising every day, starting with simple stretching and balancing movements. Make the most of day and wake up early for any form of exercise. Make sure it’s something enjoyable, like a dance workout so it doesn’t feel forced. Watch a video and do something in the house if you’re not comfortable in a gym. Find a nice place for a walk, like hill climbing or a walk round a loch.
