If you are running you need to inhale through your nostrils and exhale through your mouth. If you find it difficult breathing with this method you might want to slow down a bit. Try not to pause because of the lack of air, just go slowlier. Remember running is not about speed but keeping the rhythm in a long period of time. If you start fast, you might lose it on the first 5 or 10 minutes.
