How often must one exercise? I am a runner

It depends on many different variables depending on fitness, goals and experience. When I started running I started out running to much, to fast, to often. Moderation is key with running. Start easy and be nice to yourself. I think only 1 or 2 percent of the population runs. So by doing it you are already winning. Maybe check out a running app that can help you. I liked the assics running app. But you can also ask chat got to make you a nice program and that’s free advice.

I run to, and I like to run every morning, for like half an hour. But i think that 2-3 times a week is perfectly reasonable.💗
