How often do you exercise per week and how many hours each session?

Foxrain K.
Normally, twice a week and an hour at a time. During corona, I haven't been able to keep this up though, but I try to do something twice a week anyways, even if it's not an hour-long session.

I exercise 6 days a week for an hour at a time. I also try to vary what I do each day so I do not get bored and am excited to exercise.

I don't excercise for hours, unless I go for a walk or a hike. I prefer shorter 30 minute workouts. I find them easier to fit into my day. Unfortunately I am not too regular with my workouts kind of a hit and miss. I have a chart I can tick if I have done a workout so I can see nd motivate myself to get more done.

I exercise 6 to 7 days minimum of 20 min. Hitt or yoga. If I have time I extend to a weight training that I try to do 3 times minimum in the week.

I exercise six days a week. Each session ranges between thirty minutes and one and a half hour.
I would like to increase the intensity of the sessions as well as incorporate a variety of different types of exercise.

I try to exercise daily but was sick a few days last week. I’m only doing ten minutes right now because I’m working on my stamina and don’t want to get frustrated. Little steps.

im trying to excersize 4-5 times a week, i don’t do to long workouts because i do get very worn out very quickly but i do go on long walks, do yoga and workout for around 15-20 mins (mon, tues, wed, thurs,Friday) i don’t always accomplish this but do what’s right for your body and don’t push yourself to much as it can do more harm than good x

I have been going to the gym everyday for the last week in the afternoon after work, and I spend at least 30 minutes every day doing cardio.

I exercise 6-7 times a week, first thing in the morning. But it's only 5-15 minutes, so it always feels doable! If I'm feeling really good, I'll add another exercise session at the end of day. I do workouts and/or yoga practices.

I exercise at least 4 days a week. I realized that having goals, such as training for a running race, keeps me accountable and excited. The progress I make every week keeps me motivated and happy.

Currently I probably don’t do enough exercise but my aim is to implement yoga on a daily basis for around 20 minutes+ a session. I then would like to add walks in

My goal is to at least get a 10-minute session in daily. Whether it’s a walk outside, my ProFit elliptical, yoga, weights, or other outdoor activities. If I do this focused for 1 time of 10 minutes, I can usually extend it longer or go for another session or two throughout the day. This keeps me positive and feeling successful.

I am an absolute beginner to sticking to a habit routine. I recommend a minute or two a day for the first week. Increase by a minute or two each week. Commit to a daily practice.

I'm a beginner. So I don't excessive for HOURS. Each day, it's a 30 minute workout playing with a ball and trying to create a hjghscore of dabbing. I'm at 500. Can you reach me? 😏

You need to exercise every day but it doesn't have to be a painful cardio, it could just be a 10 minute walk like I do every morning and then after a week you challenge yourself a bit more🙂

I exercise everyday. My main exercise is running which I do 4 to 5 times a week. I usually run for about 40 minutos 4 days a week and them go for a long run (10 miles) once a week. I also lift weights at least 3 times a week. On my rest days I do a quick dance (no more than 10 minutes) to keep my body moving.
Mai O.
I exercise 5 or 6 days a week. My workouts range from a short power workout, to a longer strength workout and a run on some days. I have at least one total rest day per week and one day where I do some active recovery like a long walk.
April Z.
I exercise a few minutes in the morning after I wake up, usually stretching type exercises. I won't do it every morning, but try to do a minimum of 3 times each week.
I also go to physical therapy 2 days a week. I count this as exercise as well.

I would like to spend at least 20-30mins on excercise every day unless wanted to take rest one of days of the week. On some specific days due to unplanned task this is getting skipped and could not continue in next slot. Have to work on how to change this situation

I do Beachbody programs. They range in time (20-60), style (strength, cardio, stretch, etc), coach personalities, etc. Favorites have been MBF, Transform 20, Yoga Retreat, Lift 4, Core de Force, and can’t wait for the Running program and the 9-week control freak to be available for everyone.
