Normally, twice a week and an hour at a time. During corona, I haven’t been able to keep this up though, but I try to do something twice a week anyways, even if it’s not an hour-long session.
I exercise 6 days a week for an hour at a time. I also try to vary what I do each day so I do not get bored and am excited to exercise.
I don’t excercise for hours, unless I go for a walk or a hike. I prefer shorter 30 minute workouts. I find them easier to fit into my day. Unfortunately I am not too regular with my workouts kind of a hit and miss. I have a chart I can tick if I have done a workout so I can see nd motivate myself to get more done.
I exercise 6 to 7 days minimum of 20 min. Hitt or yoga. If I have time I extend to a weight training that I try to do 3 times minimum in the week.
I exercise six days a week. Each session ranges between thirty minutes and one and a half hour. I would like to increase the intensity of the sessions as well as incorporate a variety of different types of exercise.
I try to exercise daily but was sick a few days last week. I’m only doing ten minutes right now because I’m working on my stamina and don’t want to get frustrated. Little steps.
im trying to excersize 4-5 times a week, i don’t do to long workouts because i do get very worn out very quickly but i do go on long walks, do yoga and workout for around 15-20 mins (mon, tues, wed, thurs,Friday) i don’t always accomplish this but do what’s right for your body and don’t push yourself to much as it can do more harm than good x
I exercise 6-7 times a week, first thing in the morning. But it’s only 5-15 minutes, so it always feels doable! If I’m feeling really good, I’ll add another exercise session at the end of day. I do workouts and/or yoga practices.
I exercise at least 4 days a week. I realized that having goals, such as training for a running race, keeps me accountable and excited. The progress I make every week keeps me motivated and happy.
Currently I probably don’t do enough exercise but my aim is to implement yoga on a daily basis for around 20 minutes+ a session. I then would like to add walks in
