Exercise for full body in just 20 to 30 minutes every day and please can you remind me in the morning coz sometimes I forgot it

I exercise for at least 10 minutes and as long as 30. When I start my exercise I start with stretching and breathing then a walk sometimes I end it there some times I go on to the gym and work out my upper or lower body but all in all it’s just to be mindful of my body
