How often do you drink tea, what times of day and what type of tea?

Hello, I drink scented Japanese green tea early in the morning, then at about 10 o’clock, then at about 12 o’clock, and at about 8 o’clock in the evening. If I later play the piano, I drink some more green tea simultaneously. No, I drink it fairly approximately, beacause I combine drinking tea with certain activities.
