How much time should i keep between my breakfast & morning excercise ?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

The ideal time between breakfast and morning exercise varies per individual. Generally, waiting 30 minutes to 2 hours after eating is recommended. This allows your body to digest the food and convert it into energy for your workout. Listen to your body; if you feel sluggish, consider adjusting your timing. Establishing this routine can enhance your morning rituals and support your overall health goals. Remember, a nutritious breakfast fuels your exercise, so prioritize both for lasting healthy habits.

If you have a green juice you don’t need to wait more than a few minutes. Then you can have a protein shake after and then a very nutritious lunch.

I feel like I never really exercise after I’ve eaten because it makes me feel so sluggish. I’d maybe wait about an hour or two if you eat before exercise but personally I prefer to fast in the morning and I workout on an empty stomach, the only thing I have is water and electrolytes and I then eat something nutritious after my workout session. There are days when I don’t workout or I’ll do a quick workout at home in the morning before my son gets up and I start my day after that. I hope this helps!
